Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Since we offer such a long return period our refund method may change based on when you request it. For example, most credit cards only allow electronic reversal of funds for periods of up to 3 months. If your particular credit card does not allow us to electronically reverse funds back onto your card, we will mail you a Money Order certified by the United States Postal Service in the amount of the refund.This money order can only be made out in the name of the person that the order was originally billed to.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2885 Sanford Ave. SW#7880, Grandville MI USA 49418.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returned Products Are Never Used

This facility never ships out product to our fulfillment warehouse where new products are kept and all products returned are promptly destroyed by an independent recycling center. This is done to ensure that there is never any cross contamination from our returns and that our inventory remains pristine.
